My Business Ethos

I take a “sales first” policy by making customer-centric decisions.

Businesses are created to sell a solution for a problem, in exchange for a trusted currency. Whether you sell flowers, haircuts, furniture or accounting services. You need to make sales to stay alive. If you aren’t interested in this, then please do go get a job or hire a CEO that is.

My Business CV

I have worked with multiple businesses over the past 10 years. They have varied from 50K – 800K in revenue per annum. I have worked with the owners to understand their customers and create an experience that they love.

  2. Henig Diamonds – Diamonds
  3. Fromental – Wallpaper
  4. Office 21 – IT
  5. Just Wardrobe Doors – Furniture
  6. The English Kitchen Door Company – Furniture
  7. Maverick and Baker – Interior Design
  8. Bespoke Door Studio – Replacement Wardrobe and Kitchen Doors
  9. Goku Music
  10. Rough Diamond PR – Artist Management
  11. Stratford-Upon-Avon Golf Club

My Skills Set

My main skill is turning ideas into revenue. I simplify things and go back to “the customer”. Who are they and what do they want? Everything else is just a means to get there.

  1. Business Analysis
  2. Marketing Audits
  3. Sales Strategy
  4. Databases and CRMs
  5. Websites and tracking
  6. HR and team structure
  7. Consolidation of apps and platforms

I am innovative – want to keep up with the latest in AI technology? I have this covered.

I have a network – I have a network of specialists I go to for advice on certain matters.

I get my hands dirty – I speak to employees, customers and directors like they are on my football team. if I need to phone IT support and stay on hold for 40 minutes to get something fixed. I will.

I am enthusiastic and creative – Winning should be fun. Rewarding customers and employees is proven to drive results and having a smile on your face should not be neglected.

Talent Management

I run a specific  division of the business for managing talent. I specialise in managing talent that require early career development and work in association with Rough Diamond PR.

Am I right for your business?

I specialise in turning a small operation with decent traction into something more robust and long-lasting. I help directors take holidays and I stop employees from asking questions and for approval. I learn your target market and seek out more of that, turning your efforts into a BUSINESS.

I streamline things, helping you throw stuff away and spot holes in your ship. I make sure your in it for the long run.

If your business is making £5+ million or has 100+ employees, I am most likely underqualified to provide real advice.

However, I am confident I could make a difference to any business by bringing my fresh and simple approach.

I am really focused on business generating 300K per year to £2 million per year with under 100 employees.

I have experience with physical and digital business models.

If you’re asking the question, “how do I grow now”? Then I am probably the man for the job.

Why I am worth it

I am more than just a voice, I am more than capable of actually doing what I say…

for example;

Website not ranking on Google?

I have vast SEO and website experience. It’s very simple really, create amazing content for your target audience and search engines do the rest.

Keep getting negative reviews?

I would look to analyse all the review platforms and ensure accounts are setup correctly. We would then design and implement a review strategy across the board that enables us to “win or learn”.

IT systems don’t work well enough?

IT can be a cruel beast, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I am an expert at digging deep into IT issues and ensuring the issue is removed or rectified. I use a “troubleshooting” methodology for this.

Do employees keep complaining?

Motivating staff to achieve your high targets can be a challenge. It’s easy to get complacent. To deal with an un-productive team I would conduct interviews across the board and find out what the true issue is. I would then implement a plan to solve this. Sometimes hiring someone else is the only option, and sometimes people pick themselves up and start to enjoy their roles again.
